Help Desk Specialist Certificate

The Help Desk Specialist certificate will prepare you for a challenging technical support role. Upon completing the course work, you will be qualified to assist customers, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and document solutions. Utilizing your knowledge of complex network and server operations, you will be able to educate users in resolving application and networking difficulties. The Help Desk Specialist certificate will facilitate a higher level of understanding of the vital communication skills necessary for conflict management and effective user training as well as provide you with a strong technical foundation which you may adapt to any environment.
