- Be sure to write down the Course Number and Fee for each course you want to take.
- Register as early as possible! All courses have limited enrollments and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

- • VISA, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted.
- • Go to the Online Registration Form.
- • A receipt and follow-up information will be mailed to you.
- Telephone Registration

- • Have your VISA , Discover or MasterCard ready.
- • A receipt and follow-up information will be mailed to you.
- Fax Registration
- • Register anytime by faxing in your registration.
- • Print a copy of our enrollment form and fill it out.
- • Fax it to (865) 974-4684.
- • Be sure to provide the number and expiration date of your VISA, Discover, or MasterCard.
- • A receipt and follow-up information will be mailed to you.
- Mail Registration
- • Register anytime by mailing in your registration.
- • Print a copy of our enrollment form and fill it out.
- • Mail the form along with your check or money order, to:
