How To Register
Online Registration
- Please review these requirements for online enrollments.
- Students who wish to register online must create a sign in account.
- Your online registration is not complete until you receive confirmation from our office.
- VISA, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted.
- Go to the Online Registration Form.
- Print a copy of our compliance form, fill it out, and submit it to our office.
- College students who are currently admitted to the Knoxville campus of the University of Tennessee should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your advisor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- High school students who wish to take high school courses for credit should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your guidance counselor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- A receipt and follow-up information will be mailed to you.
Mail Registration
- Register anytime by mailing in your registration.
- Print copies of our enrollment form and compliance form, fill them out, and submit them to our office.
- College students who are currently admitted to the Knoxville campus of the University of Tennessee should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your advisor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- High school students who wish to take high school courses for credit should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your guidance counselor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- Mail the forms along with your check or money order, to:

Fax Registration
- Register anytime by faxing in your registration.
- Print copies of our enrollment form and compliance form, fill them out, and submit them to our office.
- College students who are currently admitted to the Knoxville campus of the University of Tennessee should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your advisor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- High school students who wish to take high school courses for credit should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your guidance counselor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- Fax everything to (865) 974-4684.
- Be sure to provide the number and expiration date of your VISA, Discover, or MasterCard.
- A receipt and follow-up information will be mailed to you.
In-Person Registration
- Print copies of our enrollment form and compliance form, fill them out, and submit them to our office.
- College students who are currently admitted to the Knoxville campus of the University of Tennessee should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your advisor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- High school students who wish to take high school courses for credit should print a copy of our authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to our office. Your guidance counselor must approve the course(s) you wish to take by signing this form.
- You may register in person during our regular business hours.
- Our offices are located at the above address.
- Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- A receipt and follow-up information will be provided at the time of purchase.
